El Generico defeated Steve Corino via forfeit; Corino came to the ring wearing a suit, then took the mic, said he was a legend and Generico was a loser; Corino then said his best friend was Kevin Steen and that Generico was wearing a mask either because he was ugly or was hiding; Corino went on to say Generico was a tall, skinny, piece of garbage and while he said Generico was a cancer, he's not, and was instead full blown HIV; a somber Generico stood and listened as Corino allowed Generico to take the forfeit win; Corino then said Generico would never be anything without Steen; moments later, Generico attacked Corino, ripping up his shirt until Corino slid to the floor; Generico then flew to the floor on top of Corino until referees sent Corino backstage
ROH TV Championship Tournament Semi-Finals: Eddie Edwards (w/ Shane Hagadorn) pinned Kevin Steen with an inside cradle at 10:38 after Steen became distracted by El Generico, who appeared in the aisle during the closing moments; following the ring entrances, Steen took the mic and noted the American Wolves' feud the previous year with himself "and some masked wrestler;" Steen then said Edwards wasn't trying to hurt him the previos year, "that masked piece of crap" got to him just as he got to Steen; Steen then said he respected Edwards and loved him, but added he wanted nothing more than to be the first ROH TV Champion; Steen then noted he broke Edwards' elbow the last time they fought, saying he wanted to do that again; after the bout, the crowd chanted "Ole" at Steen as he sat alone in the ring (ROH on HDNet Vol. 6)
