As we noted yesterday, former WWE Diva Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was taken into custody once again on Friday night after a argument with her boyfriend at their house.

Following Sytch's arrest, she filed an assault complaint as she left the scene with two broken ribs and bruises all over her body. Her attorney Rob Serafinowicz issued the following statement.

NBCConnecticut.com is reporting that WWE Hall of Fame Diva Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested in Branford, CT over the weekend. According to her attorney, Sunny was arrested for violating a court order when she was found at her ex-boyfriend’s house. We know that the two were scheduled to make indy appearances together recently.

Sytch is currently held on a $100,000 bond and will see a judge for arraignment on Monday.
